It is too restrictive. If you want to curb abuse put it at 10 attacks in 24 hours. The way it is now it is almost like they only want us to do missions to level up. How boring!

Yeah now we may as well be playing peace wars. If someone moves into your area you can only attack 4 times? No point in being a capo if can't defend.

Atleast open the range to attack globally or something! Now u have to attack e1 in your mob. That's where I go to kill my stamina now! AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN RANGE!!!

Whats the use of stamina if u can't attack. To make it worse livining in Australia means u can't attack anyone over 1000 miles from u which means every other country in the world. Leaves me only about 20 people I can really attack for no reward apart from making their influence 0. Keep the rule if u won't but give us more options of people to attack

This new rule is great- will really balance things up and get rid of all those stupid 1 inf turfs
