If it makes you guys feel better I once did 6 recharges on bank safe 250 energy each. Didn't get a thing. Ran 12 more recharges about every other one was a failure. I had to leave he iPod because I got obsessed with breaking the bad luck streak.

Oh crap, lol! Anyways, I've only looted turf upgrades(lots of these), energy items(expressos, cannoli, etc.) and some AR-15s. No bazooka or normal weapons however.
