That's how long it took to get upgraded to iOS 5!! 😡😡
First had to do the regular sync to get apps all current. Then had to upgrade my iTunes to 10.5. Then download and let it do the iOS 5 thing.
All this on a 3G Netbook! Started about 8:30 pm and it didn't finish till almost 5 am!!!!!
Thank goodness for I Love Lucy late nite reruns!

Ok, I feel better. Needed to rant somewhere😄.
Do like the stuff I'm finding so far😊.

ugh! harsh... I am waiting for iOS 5.1 (and for their servers to get less overloaded)

I havent yet. My ipod is glitched (I think). It takes too long to update apps (4 hours) too make me want to do it. Thats besides the long upgrade.

When I upgraded, it made my battery life really short and the keyboard froze a lot so I had to go to the apple store and they gave me a new iPod. I'm back on iOS 4 now, and I think I'll probably wait until 5.1 before upgrading again.

Wow, that blows! The whole process on my 3GS here in Qatar took around three hours, and I thought that was bad! 😒

Strange I had a friend come over. He upgraded iTunes, dl ios5, made a custom iOS, installed and jailbroke in about an hour. This was on laptop via wifi.

Yikes! That's not good. When I went from 3.whatever to 4 (I think it was) it took about 18 hours. I refused to upgrade again for a couple releases after that. I have a different computer now, but I'm not in a rush to get 5.

iOS 5 hasn't really changed my phones battery life and such which is quite nice.
