Just got out of pt, and i got some cadences stuck in my head, there pretty catchy I was wondering if anyone is in the military have any cadences they would like to share.

When I run, I like to have the runners shout "uh-huh" or "what?" every second time their left foot hits, while I freestyle it in between. Or bust out the left, right, left, right, left, right, kill when nobody who will get on my ass for singing inappropriate cadences is around.

I would see if I can google them there's one I can't remember how it goes but it's an airborne one half say the main lyrics while others do a backround of shoot shoot, or die die why won't you die, I know some people make there own so I wanted to hear those and other branches cadences

My girls in the hospital is my favorite...but i cant say im a huge fan of cadences... If you've got enough air in your lungs to sing while running, you're not running fast enough
