I wasn't anywhere near the top. I wasn't consistent enough attacking people for xp and was in hiatus from turf wars for a while. I probably hit godfather around a year ago

Lol, I purposefully mobbed up rather than leveled up before level 25. I was nowhere near the top. People that started the game long after I did hit it before me. I never understood the rush. It's a goal I wanted to achieve, but didn't see the point in hurrying to get there.
