Ok I was assaulted by a bouncer tonight at a club for asking why my mate was getting kicked out I know there are lots of people from different profesions playing this game so I'm wondering what I should do to rake this guy down

Not much you can do. Unless you go police. You have to have been good though if you are caught on camera causing any form of trouble then the bouncer can get away with it.

If you are on the camera calm and collected, not aggresive you have a chance at having some orm of justice. Otherwise your gonna have to jut put it down to experience

It really depends on what the bouncer did. That happened to me as well many years ago.

I tried sneaking into a club once... I got caught, and i called the bouncer a spic (i was drunk and im not a racist)... I quite literally got my ass kicked.

But almost 10 times out of 10 you can't do anything about it..unless you do something to him yourself

Hmmm do you have any winesses us the area covered by public CCTV? If you complain the fear is the the bouncers and his chums simply tell the police that you attacked them nd they were just defending themselfs - then the police charge you. If you are 100% in the right, have a few witnesses and the incident has been covered by CCTV then contact the police and say you would like to report an assult.

you can someone charged with assault even if they only put you in fear of being hurt - they dont een need to touch you. if he touched you then he can be charged with battery or ABH depending on if he actually caused you harm or not. the problem is most of these cases dont get followed up because they happen so often, and because it happened outside a club with a bouncer i wouldnt even bother reporting it, just be glad they didnt pin you to the floor!

It depends on what he actually did, are there any marks etc. And what you did however minor it could have aggitated him, and did your friend try to fight him?
