The pointing of the finger usually shows disappointment or awkwardness.
Biting can mean a lot of things. But the negative impact you used would usually mean hate.
Combining both together, your feeling like everyone is disappointed in you and you want to change this. Or maybe your disappointed with yourself? Ashamed of a past action?

To be honest, you didn't give me enough information about your dream to make perfect sense of it.

Ok, once I was doing it to a loved one because I thought I was saving them(I don't know why), then I had the realization that they wouldn't be able to use their hands anymore and was stricken with guilt. The second dream was not as vivid but I was biting off the fingers of a bad guy... That's all I really remember...

It means you know that the end is near... It means that you know that your foul words fall on ears that don't give a crap. It means that you subconsiously think that you are not worth the time of the people who continually beat you into the ground.... Or it could just mean that you will reset anytime now. Lol or whatever...
