What does tear down your turfs mean. Do you loose it or you can move it with all your benefits???

You'll be able to move it to another location but when you tear it down, you'll lose half the value. It's like mortgaging your property in Monopoly. Build it for 4 mil and you only get 2 mil for tearing it down.
