I forgot who posted a thread about it. But you play as an astronaut I think or something like that and the screen is completely black but you have to find your way out or.... Idk does anyone know what I'm talkin about?

Its called Papa Sangre but it is not currently available in the USA iTunes store.

Papa Sangre is available in US, just type in the whole name on the app store and then search.
