Last night was partying (sis's bday) and there was loud music blasting (I was partially deaf last night) and ppl dancing having a good time and i've been practicing for some time now and was confident I could do a back flip (I was even more confident cause i was in the astrojump at the time) so ppl fooling around (you know how young adults enjoy reliving childhood memories lol) then I challenge my brother (JR [this is his acc]) to do a flip. He didn't want to so bein cocky, as Im sure we all are when we're so confident about something, I started gaining air and did my first astrojump back flip attempt.... And my last. I couldn't get the flip down right so what happened was I gained alot of air with no momentum and landed on my neck feeling my spine and neck crack like a thousand knuckles. Pain didn't kick in til later but OMG I landed so hard I had the wind knocked outta me for a second or two >.

anyways that was last night around 11-11:30 it's 6:30 right now n it hurts like hell >.< yet in the morning I felt fine -.- how lame is that. AND PAINKILLERS DONT DO SHIT FOR ME XD ARRRGGGGG

Crack your knuckles and imagine that but going down your spine and REALLY LOUD with ppl around you going OOOHHHH lol layed there for along time scared to move just waiting fir the pain. Good thing I was pumped with adrenaline at the time

yea it does. My mom just tried to rub out all the knots she said I might have n told me it feels like I gave myself whiplash

I would but the insurance I got is crap n won't cover anything like xrays (that's why it took so long after I tore my ACL to get it checked. Had to pay for the catscan)

What painkillers did they give you? Muscleoskeletal pain, ESP in the spine is as bitch to get on top of.
Nowadays if I damage my back I bypass the lower ones and go straight to a good solid dose of codeine or tramadol, backed up by an NSAID like ibuprofen.
