I never want to see cheese in a can, primula cheese in a tube is bad enough.
Cornish blue is good, like a creamier Stilton.
I go for peccarino over Parmigiano-Reggiano.
A good cave aged cheddar is just a joy to nibble on. And somewhere near hay on wye does nettle cheese, lovely peppary taste, good on crackers
