Facetime is an amazing thing. Whos willing to share their details to progress to the next level of communication on here? And yes, I'm willing to share mine if its not against rules.

It is not aginst the rules. I agree, FaceTime is excellent, but no more better than such as Skype, GChat, etc. hey all have the same features, only FaceTime is for iOS devices.

I've only just discovered facetime and thought that everyone who plays this game has to have an iphone, ipad or ipod touch. With the exception of the earlier ipods, it would be so easy to chat to other players- either to build on friendships or difuse a situation with cappings/battles. I personally think it would add a new dimension to the game.

I use pal, as we all do, and its great for discussing plans etc, but this would be so much more instant and personal.

Or Voxer. But facetime let's you actually see them through video. Warning: if you use facetime for too long your camera may get damaged. Mine no longer works because of it.

This might be fun to do, but a tad scary. I just woke up...checked myself out on the cam. Not too too bad. I look like me. But still it's a level of personal I would/will have a hard time getting used to. I've had a few video conferences and they were a tad surreal.

After I time i feel "attached" to this face, and seeing the person over cam enda up, well yes, surreal

I'm guessing "cam face" is just different from the real thing and you just get used to that when you use the app. I dunno.

Are you serious? Statistics show that 83.2% of all TW play is performed on the toilet. (A very scientific study was done in October, 2009, the number may be higher now).

I do NOT want video and sound of anybody "capping a deuce"!

Neither have I but I have used my webcam on my laptop several times for convo's.
Annnddd...though I don't personally turf in the WC, Mojo brings up an excellent point for those that do. Ick.

See? That's what I mean--the "am I presentable?" issue is important...seems annoying. Pretty soon I figure we'll just have to get over it and look however we look. There either won't be a good time otherwise or technology will progress and we'll no longer have a choice. Time to get comfy with the "real" me I guess?
