IPad 1Problem

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem amd knws how to fix it? My iPad 1 drops out of wifi service every 10 minutes, or so, and has done so for the past couple of months. I can get it back on service through clicking on settings/wifi/renew lease, but then it drops out again a few minutes later. My regular PC is on the same wifi and doesn't have the
same problem. Anyone have any ideas on the problem and how to fix it? Thanks. -
Are you at home or somewhere else? Because if you are like me, at home you got like 4 pcs and they all on the 'network'. So first: make sure your software is up to date. Because our devices 'share' the connection, wireless seems to be last when it surfing time...updating the software is for sure first.

I used to get this all the time, I believe it was fixed in an iOS update. Which are you on?

Yes. That is the issue. Update. Then it will work fine

Thanks guys. I'm updating at the moment and hopefully that will fix it - and then I can punch codes twice as fast!

I think that fixed it (it took almost 3 hours to download!). I use my iPad and laptop at the same time from the same network, because that is how I punch codes. Thanks for all your help.

Depending n the router you have it may not be able to creAte ip addresses for everyone connected, and then only one will be able to correctly work.krissharm wrote:
