Got marred last saterday and during the night I lost my iPod in the grounds of the venue, thought all was lost untill the owners called and said someone had found it and handed it in, good stuff.

All I could think of was a wood chipper, but I knew that couldn't be it.

"Fish & French fries take out restaurant?" Nice try, but I don't know anyone that would phrase it like that. Here it would either be something like Long John Silvers for a drive-thru or people would just call it a seafood restaurant (if it wasn't a drive-thru).

In uk they have street stands that sell fish and chips. They call them chippies.

More like actual shops... Usually next to an off-licence a papershop and a drycleaners lol.
Seriously, most chippies are local to residential areas and are in a block with other local shops.

In France they used to have crepe stalls on the side of the road with bottles of Grand Marnier to pour over them. Yummy!
