Found out today that when I attack someone (win or lose) the amount I win is 30% less than they lose. Tried it out and this works both ways. So I was just wondering... Where does the 30% skim go?

30% seems a bit steep IMO. Even Bumpy Johnson only took 10% lol. Is that how CMS get their don points for free?
