There seems to be alot of talk about one subject today and I don't have the patience or energy to jump in. So...
In order to fill some space an gear up for lunch. The question is what kind of Pasta do you like? Some days just basic Raviolis in a plain red sauce
Fancy nights- fruits de mer over angle hair spaghetti -
I like creepypasta
-
Angel Hair spaghetti with Parmasean cheese. Sauce or not depends.
-
There's a Ziti pasta at our local Zio's that I absolutely love
-
Pasta is pasta 😺
Just make it taste badass! 😺 -
Is spaghetti O's considered pasta sewage. Doesn't matter I still love that crap once in a while.

Mac-N-cheese is the way to go for those drunk and/or hung over nights. If I'm looking for good eats, linguini & white clam sauce with lots of garlic & grated cheese is a winner everytime.

Penne Arrabiata all the way! 🔥🔥
-
Penne noodles in a sundried tomato pesto with chicken. Unless grandpas around. His home brew is unbelievable. Straight up spagetti noodles for that masterpiece. How a French can make the best pasta sauce on the planet I'll never know.
-
Just get fresh made linguine with some fresh pesto.
-
A regular Spahgetti done hearty & thick, with ground beef, mushrooms and chunks of sweet sausage. Topped off with a nice red sauce (with fresh garlic & spices) and a layer of melted mozzarella. Oh and some garlic bread on the side. Love it!
Or
An Angel hair pasta, with a simple drizzle over it of sautéed extra virgin olive oil, butter and minced garlic. Yum!
-
I'm a bucatini carbonara girl myself. bacon and eggs. nom nom nom.
and people, don't forget to salt your pasta water. you want that shit just shy of seawater salinity. also, get your sauce warm, and when just about done- slightly under from al dente, use a pair of tongs and transfer your pasta into your sauce. let it finish to al dente in their. use the pasta water to lube it up. no need to dump all that goodness into a colander in the sink down the drain.
-
Lasagna all the way!
-
Almost Tek...never use tongs on pasta...it would damage the pasta...otherwise...a perfect pasta:)

A lil trick coming from n Italian add some sugar to the sause. It takes the bitterness n no heartburn. Also for somereason my moms puts beef neck bones it makes the sause alot better

My grandmother has a wonderful homemade mac-n-cheese. The "from scratch" sort with no written recipe. She must be coerced to make such a delectable thing. Just "a little a this"--arrggh. I also have a great baked ziti recipe that I love and got from my mother-in-law.

Alphabeti spaghetti
