5 wont happen for a while i reckon. Think feb. But I think we will see a stripped down 4S just to keep those crazy Apple fans wanting more.

What? iOS 5 is a giant update. Basically the way the phone operates has changed drastically, they ripped of some of androids best features and bbm!

I believe the hardware is ready (and has been for some time), they're just waiting to install he software.

There's so much spectulation with this launch that we can't really say for sure. There may not even be a 4S but it would make sense. A stripped down version of 4, lower price band and running iOS 5, complete market control! Give it a few months and bam out comes 5. Well, that's how i'd do it! I'm pretty sure 5 wont have a new processor, their biggest obstacle has alway been battery consumption.
