My laptop has stopped loading up in normal mode since the last windows update. It's an Acer Aspire 5336. Gets to the desktop but after that, nothing. Got Norton 360. Opens fine in safe mode. Can anyone please help?

You and revert to your previous patch. Open control panel, and windows update.

Calling geek squad usually ends up costing 40-50 bucks for something simple like this. Which takes 2 mins.

I backed up previous on Norton. It won't open🙍. It won't windows update for some reason In safe mode. Troubleshooter says everything's ok. Recovery has failed too😪
