I finally had the evening off today after working brunch service. so I moved my months worth of shit from the lesbians' spare room into my new apt! my mom, who had been kindly cat-sitting for 3 weeks brought my cats and bicycle down too.

in celebration my new awesome roomie baked a whole thing of brownies!!! ahem, "special" brownies😄. surprise! how cool is that?!? this begins a new awesome chapter in the tek saga. and we survived a full week and a half at the restaurant! for the first time in a long time, I am truly excited and optimistic about the road ahead. I thank you for your awesomeness and support! 💛💛💛

as much as I enjoy baking and enjoy other kinds of treats, I so rarely am willing to dump a whole supply into a round of treats. it's so... committal. this is such a lovely surprise.

I'm a soup junkie. I don't usually eat sweets. those made me super sleepy. I love that I got a taqueria from Puebla on the block. I fucking love real tacos.
