My band director asked me if I would play the national anthem tomorrow night on the field, me and 2nd chair!!!! Of course I said yes!!!! This is my first time to play that on the field, and I'm soooo excited!!!!!!

Aahhh! Just got back from the game, and considering I'm a freshman and that was my first time playing it, I'm pretty happy with how I did :)

We don't play it with a high C we only go up to a G above the staff....

What instrument do you use? It really depends on what cleff you are based on.
