  To be fair this other person should have reacted when the 1st turf was taken. If it has taken over a week for him/her to finally get playing again then fair play. if he/she had come back to you and asked nicely to back off then yeah I guess I would have but I would have also been back for more if I didn't see much activity i.e if there mob isn't increasing.

  Most would be the same, but you also can't whine each time one turf gets taken.
