My son has a jailbroke phone n wants new games but they require 4.1 software how do I get it without wiping all his stuff n without taking off his jailbreak????

As usual u talk rubbish paddy !! I have friends on 4.2 and use iTunes and jailbreak . Not that I condone it myself .

Wasn't your "son" born the other day?? He's less than a week old and already looking for a jailbreak. Hmmmm.... Only thing I can think of is your "son" inherited his brains from the milkman!!!

Its not possible to update without using itunes

U can't update without using iTunes. And when you do update it will take the jailbreak straight off the IDevice. You can however re jailbreak it once this is done.

I have a 12 year old step son as well as my new born one!!! Thanks for the concerns tho lads u truly amaze me!!!
I would buy apps for him If I didn't spend all my money on tw!!! Anyhow, how do u reinstall a jailbreak???? Is it easy or complicated???

Check what version your gonna get up to and check if redsnow or green poision can crack it....

Once you've updated just google jailbreak iOS 4.1 or what ever software you are on. There are plenty of walkthroughs to help and all are very straight forward.

It was limerain I used to jailbreak it!! Is there away to save the jail break??? Like store it on computer!!! Beasty usually knows how aarrggghh why did I move away from hin🙎🙎🙎

There's a whole bunch of things 2bh I didn't check properly. But it uses an original ipsw to create a jb ipsw.
