Just wondering if any uk players use GAME? all my preorders have vanished from my order list, been trying to get hold of someone but not getting much help, anyone else having problems? Sorry for asking here but i don't know many gamers who preorder from game!

Well actually my mw3 pre order is still on list but my bf3 pre order has vanished, and when I select for list off preorders it just gives me loads of "information cannot be found" titles

I think their systems are having issues, since they updated their site, really strange things keep happening! I'm abit paranoid about just pre ordering again incase it's just my side of the system saying I haven't pre ordered it and I end up getting charged twice

Personally, I prefer gamestation. Even though they are owned by the same company as game i find them cheaper and in my experience the staff are a lot more helpful. I don't use either company's websites though so unfortunately I can be of no assisstance in that matter.

Www.play.com. Online only so usually a little cheaper too.

Play.com or amazon for me.
If its high street then Gamestation. The staff in GAME that I've been to have been bloody rude and a tad patronising.

One lad in the store didn't think I'd be able to handle the complicated world of MarioKart even though I've been playing it since before he was born.

I use Play.com and amazon but always pre order from game because my games always arrive a day before they even go on sale, it's happened everytime :D but this glitch is annoying, went to the store today and they confirmed issues with the site on both ends some people's reward cards have even been cancelled for no reason, just gonna have to hope they fix

I don't use Play.com any more. They failed to deliver my sons Christmas presents without reasonable explanation despite taking my money.

The last few things I've ordered from Play have turned up smashed but I think that's because our posties an arse.
