  Why are we still talking about this?
  Think about it people. Contractualy there's no way Getch could transfer his unlimited free don points to anyone else without being in breech of contract. Not only could he lose his free DP but he could have to reimburse Nick for all points used up to the time in which the breech took place. Gifting IS allowed under contract, transfer of power is not.
