I'm sitting in a resturaunt with wifi so that's how I'm posting this. Anyway, my power's been out since 9pm last night. Im getting so bugged hanging inside and doing almost nothing. I'm actually charging my hypermac battery at the resturaunt right now so I can charge a few things at home.

awwww that sucks. y'all without power. I even left my "smoking" umbrella on the fire escape and it was still there the next morning. Irene was just a big lackluster pile of poo in manhattan. even in evacuation zone b.

Ah power's back. We sorta had to chase the pseng guy down after he got half the block up but not our half. Oh and thanks Grane 🍵 always the best "Mystery Pea Soup". Johnny I hope you get your power back soon before you run out of candles (or more likely, vodka). And to wonka, well if you call my mom having a complete breakdown "bringing my family together" then no they don't bring families together. 😜 good luck to all who got flooded out, as that's far more problematic than having no power for a day.
