I have not looted a garrote yet. (the wire thing with handles) A question for the lucky looters what mission did you get one. I have been doing the new mission only.

Garote is uncommon so you won't get it on the new mission. It'll be found on all the other loot missions

I got loads of garrottes , I alway do the burglary mission. This one always gives me the most loot

Steel shoes are a lot better but I get mine from burglary.
