I came by to see if anyone remembered yesterday. I got a chance to talk to his mom and sister a bit yesterday. It helps..

It also helps also that so many of you remember him and what he meant (means) to me, BAIC, and the tw community as a whole.

Whoa, this brought back some memories. I've been on a hiatus fromTW for a cpuple years, but remember Lep and remember the little community we have. Lest we forget. Good to be back. But damn, sad.

I miss this kid so f'n much. Today is 4 years since he left this world. He told me he was going to do it. I couldn't stop him, I'm just this girl in a phone, 1000 miles away. I was one of the last people he talked to, though I know his best friend was with him when it happened, and I tried not to blame myself for doing nothing. When I spoke to his mom after the detectives gave her his phone, her first instinct was to blame me. Of course, she was a distraught mother who had just lost her firstborn child. He was the first and only person I've lost who I've been close to and we never even met in person..
Anyway...we can choose to dwell on the bad or remember the good. I choose to remember how funny and witty he was and how happy he made his tw friends and I choose to be grateful that more than once, I let him know what I thought of him and how much I valued our friendship.

I remember telling people I lost a friend, but I had never met him or talked on the phone with him.
Some people couldn't grasp that I was sad.

Started playing a few months after this happened so I never got to meet Lep. Still makes me choke up though 🍀

Lep was a rad player. Taught me how to play and how to kick Gman's ass, lol.
We had many great laughs and chatted for hours.

My wife thought I was crazy cause I cried that I lost a friend. It's amazing how much an "imaginary", my wife's word, friend can touch your life.

I've been thinking about you a lot the last couple of weeks. I have rl friend who confided in me and another friend that he's been thinking of going out like you did. I hope that we are successful in keeping him around. I still wish I could have helped you. I still miss you.
