Reality Shock

Today I got my national insurance number. This means I'm old enough to official work. It's my birthday in 2 months and I'll be 16. I'll begin my driving lessons then. I'm also starting year 11 in September.
Its just triggered a shock. In my head I'm still in year 8, I'm still 13. I've kinda missed 3 years of my life from being in hospital. In my opinion, those 3 years are meant to be the best. It's the years where there isn't any gcse's or any major studying. Where I have enough freedom from parents to fully enjoy myself. And they've gone without me experiencing them or even knowing it. I just needed to get that out somewhere. And well, doing it to people I don't really know sounded like a good idea. Anyways /rant -
They grow up so fast.

So glad i decided to go straight into a job. work now pay for me to do a 3 ur part time course, but I know I missed out on the experience. Can't complain, happy with life now and I don't believe u should ever have regrets about the past- the present could ALWAYS have been worse if you had done things differently.

It hit me a couple days ago that I'm shipping off to school soon, also grade 11.

Yeah :)
I just haven't caught up with where it has all gone.
I want to go uni but the 9 grand a year is a little off putting. Although I get cheaper I think
Disability FTW! -
Living at home isn't the best years of your life. So far 20's have been exponentially better then when I was in school at home.

I'm just looking at the cars I can get when I pass my test. A skoda fabia for £95. With the disabled payment thingy
Maybe being 16 won't be bad after all...
