You cap a turf with a potentially offensive name or just makes you look like a douche, and you out of title deeds? Its the worst

I have no problem with it. I only cap offensive named turfs if the owner=the creator

Yeah. A LONG time ago, there was a guy named pimp something. I had very low turf limit and I was desperate for more inf. Pimp something had plenty of turf, so I capped roughly 3/4 of his turf, but I was so disgusted with the turf names I tore down all his turf.
