I have union city, just south of Atlanta ga airport, please come and create a cluster there!!

People tend to go where clusters are already, Don't advertise a income area, advertise a safe zone no capping, and make friends with people in surrounding areas they may eventually hop down, but otherwise people tend to go where it's already populated

It's that danger of being full of people to generate money but you could get capped

You have also got to be able to guard a safe zone too, it's pointless setting one up at just 2k

IMO get a big player in the area that doesn't want to cap and have him advertise the area. I built up Disneyland from nothing and it's always booming despite it's 3 time destroyed

Surely it gets a whole lot of tourists too, so new players pop up regular?

I was in the area where one of the biggest players has a huge pile; I pm him to ask first and he said it's cool. So asking first may be the way to go.

Don't advertise safe zones unless you want them to be attacked. PM people you trust about them.
