Avatar by far b/c the thought to make up a new language for the movie is incredible. Also the imagination to create a world like that was amazing and I was surprised that it didn't like computerized like it really was.

Avatar first but transformers 2 makes a close second with optimus prime kicking megatons, starscreams, and some other robots ass. It was the best scene of the whole movie
