exactly. Recruit from the target's turf list. See who they've captured from. In most cases, they'll still have turf surrounding the target & will have major beef with the target & want revenge & will be thanking you for contacting them for help.

your idea is a good one and can work in some situations. My solution would be once a turf has reached 84 influence it cannot be lowered in influence unless it is torn down completely. I also agree with u on one part too davey. In vendettas I would like for turfs to be able to be destroyed from further away. I'm sure Nick won't do that because a group could destroy every turf within miles of them and run an entire state, which is understandable. I don't know how I'd handle that.

yeah, I saw your idea about the 84 inf not being taken to 1 inf in that other thread & I think that's a good idea. Except I like how you stated it in the other thread. I think you said inf could be lowered, but if it had once been at 84 (over there you said 49) then it would still be capturable (or I dunno, I think it was something to that effect). I think you should still be able to lower your inf if you want to capture from someone who is flies under the radar of the 10% rule, like inactives.

& yeah, it's definitely not a every-case scenario. Certain circumstances are needed, I think.

Ya know, someone wrote this really great thread called How To Deal With A Bully in H&S forum. Pretty much along the same lines of what is mentioned here.

Hard to make friends when people around you threaten you are clearly using mules accounts.
the thing about mule accts is ittakes along time to actually b able to use them.
I haven't used a mule account and really only got serious about this in Jan. Mule accts dont really give that big of an advantage
