I go to the gym 4 times a week and run on the treadmill for an hour to keep fit.

You don't typically see results until about six weeks. You have to break your body down and allow it to rebuild

I don't believe google didn't give you results. But the best advice is to watch what u eat. I was excercising daily and not seeing much result. I did my homework. Changed my diet and instant results. I'm trying to eat only organic. I cut out bread potatoes and pasta. No need to cut out just minimise. It's summer time eat lovely salads. I've been training on an off all my life with not huge result. This is first time I've really concentrated on diet and right now I'm in the best shape of my life 😋

Eat a lot of protien and work different muscle groups out. Don't work out arms every day you gotta switch it up. And do not expect to see results quickly it takes time

Swim daily

I've been training for 3 yrs mate and let me tell u it's been hard!
Results will come in time be patient! Make sure u research ur regime and Never over train! Give your body rest and allow it to repair!
O yeah and diet is key! 70% of what u see in the mirror is front the kitchen! The rest is blood sweat and tears!
Also it depends on your goal! You must have a target wether it be to bulk up, getting lean or just to be fit! -

I swim daily and concentrate on cardio... I don't want to be ripped. Playing sports also helps break up the monotonous gym routine. Try tennis, football etc...
Swimming is the best as it works all your muscles and is a relatively easy workout -
Or do like me join ROTC you'll get into shape quickly

If your expecting fast results you'll be disappointed. Increase weight every 2-3 weeks. Do different exercises mix it up. And remember to take days off to rebuild.

What's your goal to be big or be fit be more toned lose weight
