Yea every time I attack someone I don't check my mob first...just cuz someones in my mob doesn't mean were on the same team...

Everybody who attacks me is in my mob...everyone who I attack is in my mob. If I run across someone who isn't in my mob I'll add them.
Having someone in your mob in this game does not necessarily mean you're now on the same team.

Fair enough, basically negates there being any reason for having a "mob" then? May aswell get yr turf, load up on weapons and attack each other that way?

Mob is just another number for fighting otherplayers. It is not a team.
BUT...if you look on your mob list, you will see a "remove" button by each players name. If it's that much of a problem, just remove him from your mob.

I just think it's a bit shitty to continue to attack someone if they're in your mob. I get the concept and I'm not having anyone in my mob who continuously attacks me (even if they do keep inviting me).

You have less than 200 mob. Wait till you're over 2000. I'm 2600 plus. I have no idea if the people attacking me are int mob and I sure as shit ain't going to scroll through 40 pages to find out.
On the same mote, there's no way in he'll I'm looking through my mob list before I attack someone.
