Amazon trade in

I bought a game from a guy on amazon.the condition said good.I received it and it was fine but the case binding was all shredded at the bottom.now I want to trade it in and if amazon reject it will I be able to say 'well the guy I bought it off sold it to me like this'

Swap cases with something else just to cover the bases?

Contact the seller. It should have said "used" and not "good". If the buyer don't listen start a claim and make sure you have a screen shot of the listings.

No I mean the laminate cover thing was shredded not the actual case.but I see your point
