One year on TW

I just passed the one year mark on this game and I'd like to thank you guys for making it great. I've enjoyed it more than I imagined and I've really come to appreciate the social aspect of this game quite a bit. I read that a lot when I first joined and questioned that but it's the players that make this game better than most and a big prop to Nick. He runs a good game and is pretty responsive (and fair) in his administration of the game.

All that said, football season starts up in earnest Monday and I'm already at it pretty hard. I coach in rl so if I'm not on as much that's why. I'll still be punching and checking turf, hopping when I can. It's been a good year and I'll be back on more in December.

That damn RL strikes again...but hey summer playing "American" football" is a worthy adversary of tw....hope u have good season (do u coach kids/junior/senior/school?) if dnt mind me asking?

Head coach varsity. Small school in Texas.

I had no idea you coached at a school! Thought it was a hobby. How big? "Small" could be, what 1A, 2A (do they class them that way in TX?) Our local HS went to state semifinals last year. Huge deal. Whole town goes to the games. Keep us up on team record!
