What do you guys think of TW being open to android users. It will make this came a lot bigger overall. Considering the fact there are more android owners that iPhone owners. I think it will open a world of possibility, and it will mean more cash in Nick's wallet. But that's my opinion i want to know what the community thinks.

Look at the other side more people=overcrowding. I'm not sure I want every inch of the map looking like lax.

it won't people are going to thin out eventually, especially with the airport feature and this is a war game its all blood and smoke the way i see it.

Silly to think that nick wouldn't be working on this or at least want to bring it to android.

Major problem holding it back is the fragmentation of the android phone market (so many types of phone and all running various versions of Android) and the fact that it's an entirely new OS. Think of the complexity and headaches it'd bring (and possible cheaters on that open app market). All that considering I'm sure nick's got his hands full dealing with the Turf Wars as is now with bug fixes and server upgrades. Now double or triple our population and think of the logistics of that happening soon.

Yes, turf wars for android would be awesome. No I don't think it will happen any time soon.

I read there are over 100 different formats to work out. and more handsets. I suggest don't code for all andriods just some. Anything running froyo or higher. And the major andriods like the evo, driods, the gaaxys, and a couple otheres.
