So Southland mall in Hayward, California is starting to GROW! I am asking all mobsters that are in turf hopping distance from this mall to set some turfs up! I'm hoping that in the near future it will end up like Lake Merrit in Oakland, California; a GOLD MINE!

And I'd appreciate it if no one attacks turf in this region. It affects EVERYONE's turfs who are in the cluster.

Thanks! I think if you get a vast amount of mobsters to cluster up close, it have turfs making 40-60k with a few weeks. Maybe even higher!

Yeah my closest turfs are in concord and pleasant hill so it's not too far

haha! That would equate to somewhere in the neighborhood of 8,467 turfs at a cost of 15.24b...(see my turf hopping formula post in help & strategy)
