I agree. These are meant to be humorous. What pissed me off is when people try to look down on her and act like they are better than that.

Actually, it's not that offensive, or at least to me. The message I see in this is:
Amy winehouse was told she should go to rehab, but she refused to. After a while, spending hours in her house taking more heroin her heart started to slow. But crack is really addictive, and once you start, it's hard to come back.

It was really only a couple facts written in poem/song format.
