There is a warning sign on th back of my iced coffee.
'Caution. Product made with real coffee. Which contains caffeine.'
then it's got the same old do not drink if ur this or that.
But seriously. I no it's got coffee in it. That's why I bought it. It's called an iced coffee for a reason. What's next? Mcdonalds gunna start making kids wear helmets in the playgrounds or somthing?

McDonalds was sued because a woman burnt her thighs because the hot coffee spilled while she was holding it in her legs. She won because they didint warn her it was hot. Plus people had been complainig already about how McD's coffee was 2 degrees above industry average. So the woman won and now McDonalds and everywhere else marks their coffee cups hot in 12 different languages. Just because its common sense dosent mean you can't be sued over it. What if someone was allergic to coffee? Even though the product says coffee on it they can claim they had no idea that it contained coffee. -
Omg. What is it with people and suing. Maybe I should go and walk on a dog turd. And sue the owner for ruining my shoe. It's ridiculous.
And and argument to people saying they had no idea tht an iced coffee contains coffee is. Their an idiot? How much more obvious can it get? Not tht I'm aginst companys covering their asses. I would like to see them completly fuck over one of these idiots trying to sue them though..

It's the same kind of thing...

It's a legal disclaimer that removes them of any liability. USA seems to have this problem the most, not surprising given people take legal action over the stupidest things.

Have you had an accident that wasn't your fault? Etc
Car insurance is so much now because when a claim is made 99times out 100 your insurance company pay for the cost of repairs then costs for medical, time lost, etc and legal fees making it twice as expensive.
