It makes your blood sugar drop. This can lead to seizures and death

Either insulin or potassium chloride... Insulin is expensive while potassium chloride is cheap... And drops in blood sugar may sound a bit strange for forensics and they may easily find the killer out... Potassium chloride, on the otherhand, are two components in the blood that are always there... An increase dose may cause cardiac arrest and may easily be filtered out by the body even before the patient dies..
-
Potassium chloride is a controlled substance. More difficult to get your hands on a lethal dose as it is signed for and numbers accounted for daily. Also it would be tricky to get the dosage right so the patient m.i'd but didn't have a suspiciously high blood level.
Insulin on the othe hand is just kept in the fridge. Easily stealable without people noticing. It does have the intendant issues of a much more obviously suspicious death.
I personally would use (which I wouldn't coz I'm not a cowardly murderous scumbag) digoxin.
And it's Spelt saline. Normally 0.9 saline 1000ml.
Why they use it as the standard I don't know, hartmanns solution is much nicer/better for most patients -
Here in the philippines, potassium chloride is not regulated.. Its cost is 20pesos which is half a buck... Insulin is about 800pesos which is 40bucks... Just give kcl as a bolus (40meqs) and the patient dies...
-
Check any potassium deficit or level as 40meqs will only raise the level to .4..

Ohhhh, so an overdose of insulin breaks down too much of the sugar in the blood into glycogen which causes the patient to suffer from seizures, thank you!It makes your blood sugar drop. This can lead to seizures and death

And whether insuline or not, it can still be considered a poison...as definition is "a substance that causes illness, injury or death " basically any substance can be a poison, alcohol is a poison.

I'd rather be poisoned than stabbed in the arse. That's some sick sh*t.

what I'm saying is that we don't go to the doctors at all by that I mean we don't like going in for check up we don't go to health clinics or hospitals unless we really need to. We have our own methods for everythin. I fractured my hand and my grandma put potatos all over my hands and wrapped it up n that was the end of that. Fractured or broken bones aren't a problem with us. Infections either. Illnesses that we know of aren't a problem. Havnt been to the doctors in over a year n that was just for the cat scan for my leg but by then it was too late for any operationPrimo Loco wrote:
