Capo of a whole state

My goal is to become the capo of the entire state of wisconsin, i'm getting ready to punch codes like a mofo. Does anyone have any tips? Has this been tried before?

You can't be capo of a state just cities. When you see someone as state capo it was a glitch that I think got fixed.

State Capos, as far as I know, is when you have the most influence in areas that are listed with no city name or as 'rural areas', I don't know if they fixed that or not, I have no clue.

didn't get completely fixed. Capos for state are still out there. N I'm not sure if capo of the state would matter on you mob. But just make sure you have alot of it and buy alot of turf limit so that you can keep building

I mean capo as in have all the capos of all the cities in wisconsin, ergo capo of the state

Not fixed in Canada...well at least nova scotia...I have most inf in NS and someone else has the ns capo due to no city glitch...it's like they were going aeou s fixing it...then just stopped.
