I all ! So I was all happy when turfs under 24h peace was added it let me buil and move but today I got a turf captured that I created 6 hours ago ! I won't tell who did this because cheating is a harch accusation but if this is not normal do tell me !

It applies to capturing turf - not captured

This has been adressed many times... The 24 hr rule is for the person doing the capturing not for the person who's turf was captured.

maybe but how comme I cant capture new turfs ! I tried it said someting like "this turf can't be captured because .... Someting someting 24 hours

Well it's not clear I would put down a cool down on both sides !

If YOUR turf hasn't been present for 24 hrs, it cannot capture a neighboring turf.

Your 5 minute old turf can be captured by a neighboring turf that has been present for 24 hrs.

I don't think so. If you put down a turf w/ the intention of capturing in 24 hrs, then you should take the risk of getting capped too.
