I suppose it just depends which side of the war your on. Originally TWFC was formed as the first major alliance and they roamed around destroying everything. DBR was the counter alliance to that named Death Before Reset because TWFC used to threaten mobsters with hounding them until they reset.
DBR and TWFC have both helped some and hindered others. But its important to remember the roots of each organisation
