Yup pretty much useless. You would think Nick would have changed the description by now. "several important advantages" It's been what 2 years and there's still only 1 advantage, not paying police protection. Which if making max income in that city is only 0.6% of what you would make in the week. Hardly important at all really. Infact the only real advantage is bragging rights.
