I know! Lets put toilet water on it! -
When I want a decent coke alternative I get canadian dry ginger ale green tea. Very carbonated and fairly healthy.

My parents tried that when I was younger. Didn't work. I ended up in the hospital for dehydration and chrystalozation in m kidneysI drink mainly coffee and water. I splurge on sweet tea occasionally, or some Jim Beam.
The kids were drinking Coke like crazy, so we just quit buying it. Oldest one would complain there was nothing to drink and he'd die of thirst. Strangely when they get thirsty enough, they start drinking water.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions and stuff. I'm starting off with the mio for the water, and iced tea (but I don't think I like it much). I'm also going to stock up on some seltzer water.

How about propel?
-
I can't stand seltzer water. Tastes nasty. But try an Arizona Iced Tea, preferably lemon. I have it once a day and am addicted. Try it. Love it.
-
What about ribena? You can get the no added sugar version if you're trying to be all healthy. If not the strawberry ribena comes in a bottle now... Yum

I don't exactly drink much water a day(about 5 cups a day), but what I do to get my H2O is eat ice cubes. I love crunchy things, and I always pop over to my fridge when I can and grab some cubes to chew. Just get water with lime, and freeze it. Especially, now in the summer, it's a great snack.

Ok... I love ice, but I'm not addicted like that. Any ice cube is fine with me. I don't eat GALLONS of ice everyday, only the equivalent of 10 cups or so. And generally, I don't have much access to a freezer when I'm on the move.__Don_Line__ wrote:

My dad used to eat around 10 cups of ice a day. He got checked out an he was anemic. You might want to get looked at. Your craving for ice could be lack of iron.Kozy wrote:
