It's more than just privacy infringement, evidence tampering etc, Gos knows how many cases and stories were effected bu this, I'd bet they all do it to an extent.

I can't belive they erased msgs of milly dowlers phone, holly and jessica and dead soldiers, just for a story. I suppose end of the day it's down to the people who brought it, if we diddnt read it they wouldn't wright it.

It's just a firebreak. He's cutting off the NotW which earns him 38m a year to keep the BskyB deal going which is worth billions. I hope the government wise up and stop him doing that deal.
