All my turfs went from $25k to $18k why is that??

Either you are paying protection to another turf, you didn't pay police protection, OR others around pulled their turfs out.

Sometimes newly placed turfs will have a higjer income than usual and then after a couple of minutes it'll go back to normal

That sounds like the difference between three players and two players. It could be as Mississippi said, or someone in your area tore down or reset.

Or was captured out of existence.

I'm capo of this city though. That what I don't understand. No one has taken my turfs either. I have though captured all the turfs around me. Maybe that's it
