Wouldn't you think if an alliance grabbed me up as a noob. I'll stay loyal to them no
Matter what. Because they taught me the game, how to play correctly, who to attack, how to attack and what to look for before an attack. I'll stay loyal. Why have noob requirements. I'm kinda drunk. Excuse me if that didn't make sense

That assumes you would be committed to 👊👊👊 codes and listening and not starting fights above your station because you assume the alliance will protect you.
A lot of alliances will have to consider all that.
