I am really hating my Iphone right now. I have restored it a toal of 6 times including right now (it's syncing at the moment). I was ready to throw this crappy device in the garbage ( trash, not a new form of Ashleys bage). But, since I can't have Turf Wars on an Android I will continue to fight with this thing and restore, sync and restore and sync just so I can continue to place colorful circles around the world. Thank you Nick for creating this crack for my eyes.

@GOW yes I always try that, thats how I have saved myself from restoring it 10x. ;p But yesterday the screen just turned black (fully charged and was after playing some angry birds) and so I tried going into dfu mode, then apple didn't recognize my device and apple said to restore the device.
well it's pretty old and it's a 3g and 8gb. I only use it as an ipod now, just for apps and pics here and there. well ever since i jail broke it ( is that right to say jail broke?) ,..... it will do that from time to time. First time was before it was even jailbroken. Then after that I left it stock, I mean factory settings lol. it's not completely full, but a remaining 2 gb. But today I was lucky i had just synced it a week ago and still have almost all my pics on it from back up.

👋 I read the whole thing. I guess this means I have a better attention span then a hamster. Anyway, a possible solution is to buy a 3GS (eBay) that isn't connected to a contract or of course you could buy an actual iPod touch..but it sounds like your 3g has seen better days. Idk if this is a possible solution, but you could hit up an apple genious bar and see if they can do anything for you.
